Getting Started


EstatesGO is a simple but powerful property and leases manager which can be used online on mobile phones, tablets and desktops. EstatsesGO also runs offline on desktop computers, ie. without internet connectivity. It is availble on Windows, Mac and Linux.

Desktop Installation

Download EstatesGO’s version for your desktop computer. Click on the downloaded file to install. Sign in if you have already created an account. Otherwise, create an account by clicking the “REGISTER” button on the Sign in screen.

You need internet connectivity to log into the app for the first time or to create an account. Afterwards, internet connectivity will be only required to syncronize your data with your other devices and to securely store your records online for easy access everywhere. There in no limitation to the number of computers that you can install EstateGO on.

Mobile Installation

Go to EstateGO using Latest Chrome Browser, sign in or create an account. You will be propmted to install the app on your device. The app will be installed on your device but will require internet connectivity to access your data.

Use Online

Visit EstateGO on any modern browser, Chrome Browser is recommended. Sign in or create an account to use the application online.

You only need to create an account once. It will work everywhere.

Built to Sync

No matter where you work on EstatesGO, your data stays in sync. Work offline, your data will be syncronized whenever you connect to the internet.

First Steps

  1. Add a landlord first. Properties must be attached to landlords and leases must be attached to properties’ apartments. See the tutorial on how to add a landlord.
