How to Add Payment or Expense to Landlords


This is to record landlord’s payments or expenses. To add rents or lease related transactions, please visit the leases section of this documentation.

  1. Go to the Landlords Page

  2. Click on a landlord to open the landlord’s details page.

  3. On the landlord’s details page, click on the menu button shown below.

  4. Choose “Add Transaction”.

  5. Enter the transaction details.

  6. Click on “Expense” to toggle between revenue or expenses (makes the transaction revenue or expense).

  7. Click “CLOSE” if you wish to cancel the process.
